Doctor Who fans perk up: At the Doctor Who Cat Macros community (who knew?) on LiveJournal member honorth posted a delightful Cat Macro-style “crossover epic” in which Doctor Who villain The Master applies to the Evil League of Evil. Here’s a sample:

And member adroidmortox247 contributes another macro crossover in which Donna Noble temps for the Evil League of Evil. I’ve got to admit I’ve only the vaguest idea of who these Doctor Who characters are, but I still enjoyed their crossovers.

I’m not sure what kind of site Ataraxia Consulting is, but between Linode API bindings and their GPG Public Key you can find guitar tabs for Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog.

If you’re heading to Atlanta’s DragonCon at the end of the month you may be thrilled to know that Between the Lines Studios, creators of the Whedon-approved Buffy Between the Lines audio drama, will be putting on the “first officially sanctioned fan-production of Dr. Horrible’s Sing Along Blog.” The Between the Lines cast will be in costume, singing along is encouraged (natch), and the audience is limited the first 100 who show up. The show is on August 31 and more details can be found on their blog.

Oh, and over at Moron Life they’ve put a cheesy lounge twist on Dr. Horrible’s first song: “Loungery Day.” Via LiveJournal.

Lots of Horrible things appeared on the web this weekend. Here’s a super-fast recap:

• Musician Moses Lei released sheet music for several Dr. Horrible songs, and is working on more. On the same page you can find two MP3 versions of the Bad Horse ringtone. (Related: Dr. Horrible Ringtones.)

• Googleheads’ favorite illustrator Cheyenne Wright has released a couple more superb Dr. Horrible wallpapers, featuring Captain Hammer and Bad Horse, the perfect companions to his Dr. Horrible and Penny wallpapers.

• The Wonderflonium podcast is in full swing, with three episodes under its belt: One, two, three. I’ve got to confess I haven’t had a chance to listen to these yet, but it’s high on my to-do list.

• DoctorHorrible.net snagged an interview with “sacrificial girl” Felicia Day.

  Will you ever confess to Twittering in public again?

  FD: LOL I love that moment, I turned as pink as my sweater! The only revenge I have is that I’m sure that I’ve created a few thousand Twitterholics like myself after that incident. Take that!

• Girlie Gossip also got ahold of Felicia Day for an interview, in which she discusses the many projects she has in the works: “I have a show I’m developing with Machinima.com, a sitcom set in a gaming world. I have a few other web shows I’m developing and a screenplay I hope to finish by the end of the year as a low-budget comedy, indie-style. Of course, more Guild.”

• And speaking of Day, she also recorded a very entertaining promo for The Legend of Neil, in which she appeared as “a naughty fairy.”

• G4’s Attack of the Show briefly interviewed Joss Whedon, Neil Patrick Harris, Felicia Day, and Nathan Fillion. Via Whedonesque.

• And finally, Dr. Horrible has a posse.

Phew. Let this be a lesson for me not to let so much good stuff slip through the cracks between posts.
